Shipping Policy

At Novelty Republic, customer satisfaction is paramount.

We prioritize our customers' privacy and discreet shipping requirements. All packages leaving our warehouse are devoid of our company name or any markings indicating their contents.

We offer shipping options via United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, and DHL. Shipping rates are automatically computed based on your selected carrier, taking into account product size, service, and weight.

Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes, except for orders shipped via USPS.

Most packages are dispatched within 24-48 hours upon order receipt. Orders placed after 11AM PST (Pacific Standard Time) on Friday through the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday.

Our cut-off time for processing next-day air orders is 10:00 AM PST. Orders placed with this service after the cut-off time are not guaranteed for next-day delivery.

While we endeavor to promptly process and deliver orders, we do not guarantee on-time delivery due to external factors such as severe weather conditions, which may impact processing and handling times.
